What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 14:00 and check out is until 12:00. Early check in and late check out (until 16:00) depend on availability. Kadek can arrange it in the chat.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast for two is included with every stay, served 07:00 to 10:30. A floating breakfast in your pool villa is Rp 450.000 per tray.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Our driver can meet you at Ngurah Rai Airport for Rp 350.000 per car, one way. It is complimentary for stays of 3 nights or more in a Pool Villa or Cliff Villa.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Inside 7 days, the first night is charged.
Are children welcome?
Of course. Children under 6 stay free using existing beds, baby cots are free, and the kids club is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00.
